Residential Subdivision and Development - Auckland New Zealand - Work In Progress

133A refers to a two-lot subdivision in Beach Haven, Auckland. This development involved subdividing an 883sqm plot of land, resulting in a 507sqm vacant lot situated at the rear of the property. The vacant section falls under the Mixed Housing Urban zone, and the new Medium Density Residential Standards (MDRS) allows various possibilities for site development.

At present, the project is in its preliminary design phase, and two options (Option A and Option B) have been considered as potential opportunities for this property. Initially, my involvement in the project included producing architectural drawings for the subdivision resource consent and managing the construction works related to the subdivision in collaboration with Lisa Kennedy, designer and client. My current responsibilities involve formulating bulk and location alternatives and designing the architecture for the upcoming phase of construction.
