This will give you early clarity before you commit to the next step.

This stage confirms what is possible before moving into design. We will review the site for opportunities and constraints, check any consent and consultant requirements and provide budget guidance so you can make informed decisions moving forward.

At the end of this stage you will have a clear idea of whether the project stacks up, what the risks are, and whether it makes sense to move forward.

$900+ GST

If the feasibility looks good and you are happy to proceed, the next step would be concept design. 

This stage is about testing ideas and making sure the design feels right before committing to the project. Its allows you to explore what is possible with your home or land.

From $2500 +GST (depending on the complexity of the project.)
