A simple way to understand what you can do with your home.
This stage covers your site analysis and highlights any restrictions, risks and opportunities. We look at high level design options for your home or site and provide practical next steps and rough budget guidance
From $750 + GST. -
Concept Design.
I visit your site to understand the outlook and setting, then draw up the site and your existing home from council records. I review any covenants and site constraints and create two floor plan options that explore different ideas and budgets. You receive clear layouts, a simple 3D view and guidance on planning rules and any consultants you may need. Everything is shared by email and we talk it through together by phone.
From $2,500 + GST. -
