The brief was to generate additional income from this 440sqm property. This was achieved by replacing an old garage with a one-bedroom studio that the client could rent. The 39sqm studio was designed to be functional, private, and seamlessly integrated into the property's constraints.. The simple design aligns with the restricted budget and complements the existing weatherboard dwelling.
